Toronto’s 2024 New Year’s Eve Celebrations
About this event:
In contrast to previous years, City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square will not host a fireworks show. However, holiday lighting displays and public skating will be available until 10 PM on December 31st.
If you're unsure where to catch the fireworks, the City of Toronto recommends Sherbourne Common, Toronto Music Garden, Sugar Beach Park, Little Norway Park, or HTO Park along Toronto's inner harbor for optimal viewing.
For those averse to the cold but still keen on catching the midnight countdown, the City of Toronto Culture Youtube Channel will livestream the event.
Concerned about transportation between locations? The TTC is providing free service throughout the night, commencing at 7 PM on December 31st, 2023, and concluding at 8 AM on January 1st, 2024.
